I started training with Adam virtually during COVID. I returned to the gym in 2023 for in person training with personal training with Adam.
Adam created a customized program to improve my mobility, strength and conditioning for the ski season.
I am in my 60s. And one of knee’s doesn’t have an ACL and has a torn meniscus. The other knee has a reconstructed ACL. I also used to have back pain and it’s gone now.
Last ski season was one of my best years and felt strongest ever on the mountain in Vail, Park City and Snowbird.
